Stepping into the role of Director for a Student Support Services (SSS) program presents both exciting opportunities and significant challenges. This interactive, roundtable discussion, joined by both new and seasoned SSS Directors, is designed specifically to share strategies in navigating the complexities of program management. Attendees will gain practical strategies and actionable insights into critical areas, including effective project closeout procedures, sound fiscal management, leading and sustaining programs through challenging circumstances, building and empowering teams, developing impactful programming, and implementing effective participant identification and selection processes.
